Final Thoughts

1. From Disability to Returning to Work
One day, everything changed.

After a brain hemorrhage, I became a person with a severe physical disability.
My life turned upside down overnight, and I began a long journey of rehabilitation.

I often wondered: Will I ever be able to work again?
Still, step by step, I pushed forward—and eventually, I made it back to society.

2. The Harsh Reality After Returning to Society
But returning to work wasn’t the end of the struggle—it was the beginning of a new one.

Lack of understanding in the workplace

Constant pressure to perform like everyone else

Frustration over what my body couldn’t do

The painful awareness of being “different”

To be honest, the mental and emotional challenges were often harder than the physical ones.

3. Meeting My Wife and the Words That Changed Everything
It was during this period that I met my wife.
She hadn’t known me during my rehab. She met me as I am now, with my disability.

When I first told her about my condition, she paused for a moment, then said something I’ll never forget:

“Oh, I see. But I like you for who you are.”

With that one sentence, something inside me loosened.
She didn’t see me as inspiring or brave—she just accepted me as a person.

4. What Our Days Together Taught Me
There were days I was overwhelmed at work.
Nights when fear kept me from sleeping.
Moments when I hated myself for being unable to do more.

But no matter what, she was there. Sitting next to me. Listening.
Not judging. Not pushing. Just being present.

“Rough day?”
“It’s okay to do nothing today.”
“I love you just the way you are.”

Over and over, those words helped me breathe again.

Being supported is not weakness—it’s the strength of living together.

5. My Decision to End Life with a Smile
I have a clear vision for the end of my life.
I want to smile and say thank you to the person I love.

“Thank you for staying by my side with your smile.”

And to myself:

“You did well. You kept going. Thank you.”

Ending life with a smile—for me, that’s the ultimate fulfillment.
And I live each day now with that goal in mind.

6. A Message for You
If you’re living with a disability, or supporting someone who is…
Please don’t be too hard on yourself.

You’ve already done more than enough.
You’re enough—just as you are.

And someday, someone will look at you and say:
“You give me hope.”

That day will come. I believe that.
That’s why I continue to write.

7. Final Thoughts: Saying “Thank You” at the End
At the end of it all, I want to be able to say this:

“To my wife—thank you for being with me and smiling.
To myself—well done, you made it.
And to life—thank you for the beautiful journey.”
